Exhibit shows Jewish cookbooks’ contributions to American cuisine
Jewish cookbooks from 50 states, including the first one printed in America and the first Jewish charity cookbook in Detroit, are displayed along with food advertisements, menus and more in the Hatcher Graduate Library exhibit “American Foodways: The Jewish Contribution.”
