Why would someone in Zagreb publish a (rather handsome) volume of recipes
in English adapted from (pseudo-) Apicius? Dunno. The English is a little
ragged here sometimes, but anyone who likes to dip into this side of our era
(where Roman cooking endured for several centuries) and is signed up on
academia.edu can download this for free.
