[Sca-cooks] Sent Soví Translation

I think the work being referenced in the emails is a translation by Master 
Thomas Longshanks.  He was working from a transcription he had made of a 
copy of the original.  It's been a few years since I last encountered him 
and I have no idea how far along he is now.
