Greetings! I believe there might have been a post on the availability of 
these videos from Hampton Court but it was a while ago. Take a look at

There are three short videos, each with a recipe which can be 
downloaded. One is for "ryschewys close and fryez", another for 
"fylettys en galentyne", and the third for "tarte owte of lent". I hope 
they make more such videos!
