[Sca-cooks] He's a SCAdian! Was PPC 99

Just found out on Facebook that the author of the Tacuinum Sanitatis 
article (in PPC 99), Loren Mendelsohn, is the SCAdian "Galefridus 
Peregrinus". The modern name had sounded familiar but at my age, a lot 
of names sound familiar. Galifridus/Loren just posted that the article 
resulted from an entry in his kingdom's A&S. The list of all the items 
mentioned in the Tacuinum is downright obsessive - a true and verifiable 
sign that the author must be a SCAdian!
