[Sca-cooks] OOP Crocburger

I agree with Liepa.  I have had alligator but not crocodile.  I would
consider some adjustments because I believe, at least with the alligator,
it is a bit tougher than salmon (more like calimari).  I suggest you do
some taste testing and let us know when you reach success.
