[Sca-cooks] HELP!

I as well have been getting the "you have been suspended" messages.  Very frustrating!    I always get the message on the same day I actually get messages from the list, so it seems I have not been missing anything... but reading through these I can tell I am actualling missing messages. If you are having the same problem I am, you are losing email messages 
originating from aol.com and getting the suspension notice after a few days 
of bounces.  To find out what you are missing, check the messages you 
receive against the SCA-Cooks Archives which you can access by pasting this 
URL into your browser, 
http://lists.ansteorra.org/listinfo.cgi/sca-cooks-ansteorra.org .  The list 
overview page at ansteorra.org is still disabled.
