Any idea how far back "Traditional" goes in this case? Does it cover prior to 1600? Many "traditional" cookbooks are mostly much later, and may only have a few paragraphs for our period, if that. :-(

It won't go back to my persona's time period (1150 CE) but at least it covers my persona's area.
