[Sca-cooks] Wine vinegar in medieval Islamic cuisine

I'll have to research to find the location, but I have seen at least one
medieval source stating the the Prophet thought that the best vinegar is
that made from wine. I'll poke around a bit tonight -- maybe I'll be
able to find it again.
