We joke about it. But apparently chopping up raw meat into all those little pieces, isn’t that easy. Gunthar, are you still around?

I seem to remember Gunthar deciding to make a period hamburger type meat for a feast. I think it had something to do with trying to do Laurel quality work, or something. Well, after chopping by hand, for a great length of time, he managed to make a few by hand, but gave up and made the rest with a modern food grinder. It might even be in the SCA-Cooks archives. Someplace.

Gunthar, feel free to correct any mis-remembering on my part.
