What's the context?  The only relationship of which I know is that in 2014, 
Ash Wednesday was the 64th day of the year.

Why is Ash Wednesday called “Day 64”? I know it is 46 days before Easter. 
Septuagesima Sunday is 64 days before Easter. What does 64 have to do with 
Ash Wednesday?
