[Sca-cooks] Site fee for cooks

Strictly sneaking, comps are supposed to be limited to those specified in a groups financial policy.  Usually they are the crowned heads or local baronial heads.  If not there, it's what the kingdom policy allows.  How it's practiced is often quite different.  Regardless, you should have been told up front.

Near as I can tell, this is local choice.  As the head cook, I have both 
paid the site fee and been comped.  I am usually comped when the feast fee 
is part of an overall event fee because I don't eat the feast.
