They are cooking only six dishes of the usual 30. Wonder which ones they will pick. Kinda like what many SCA cooks wrestle with. They also don’t say who will be eating the feast or how much they will pay for the experience.

They give the recipe for a stuffed eggplants dish, but don’t say it that is one of the dishes to be served or not.
