[Sca-cooks] Define "To Mill"?

Thank you all for your responses. I was fairly sure that "mill" meant 
beating up the cream/chocolate/etc. Not having a molinillo to do the 
job, I am thinking of using a regular wire whisk and getting a good 
arm/shoulder workout. That should work even thought the action isn't 
quite the same, right?
