So if anyone wants to make horse with the drippings, that's an  option. >>>

Just in case someone was reading that quickly, as I did the first time, that is horse *drippings*, i.e. the juices dripping from the roasted horse, not horse droppings!

Some cultures ate horse flesh, some considered it an insult, since horses were what the Knights and such rode.
