The Feast of St. Golias will be held October 22nd.  The planned menu for the event is:
First Course



Sausages in Pottage

Rye Bread

Butter



Second Course



Marinaded Roast Beef (Sauerbraten)

Knoedlin (Spatzle)

Rot Kohl Salat

Cherry Sauce

Mustard



Third Course



Manscho Blancko von Indianischen Henn (Blancemange of Turkey)

Bohemian Peas

White Bread



Fourth Course



Zitronenkuchen der Fugger (Fugger Lemon Tort)



I have some cherries that need to be used, so cherry tart may be added to the menu.
