Please do, it sounds interesting. This Thanksgiving we are recreating
Jas Townsen & Son's 17th Century Thanksgiving as shown on their Youtube
and blog pages, with the addition of a savory corn pudding, a ragout of
green beans, with a batch of modern dressing and modern mashed potatoes.
Only thing that would make it funner was if I had access to an actual
hearth to use a reflector oven and burning wood to cook with =) I am
lazy and ordered a pound of Atora suet so I don't have to process suet
to cook ... and I got a new linen pudding cloth just in case I want to
do a plum pudding in cloth instead of in a mold this Christmas.
