Thank you. I did have their website on my list of sites to periodically check. But with you heads-up, I'll check more often and go through their back issues. As far as food goes, most of their food articles I see so far aren't based on period recipes, but that doesn't mean others aren't.

I do see a few possibilities, but I'll have to find the contact info for the authors and ask them for permission.
