I probably still have my copies of "To the King's Taste" and "To the Queen's Taste" somewhere.

Subject: [Sca-cooks] Checking up on Lorna Sass

One of the pioneers of medieval cookbooks back in the day was Lorna Sass. She's in the news these days because she's written four books now on pressure cookers with recipes. The Instant Pot craze is driving sales. Her webpage is here http://lornasass.com/ She mentions her early books here: http://lornasass.com/biography Anyone else remember those books from when they were first published?
