and such, a bit more news:  the long awaited (well, by me) update to The
Science of Cooking, the late period Transylvanian cookbook, is now
available.

shortly, as soon as those site admins can manage it.


Whew.  It took longer than I thought, and was more involved than I imagined
but yee-haw!
