Sorry  - chocolate is an American product not known during Chaucer’s time.

True.  And Michelin didn't rate inns in the day.  This is, however, a lovely 
Chaucerian parody poking fun at Gordon Ramsey, who's "Hell's Kitchen" 
television program I avoid.
