Sca Cooks has been problematic about me posting the NBC info.

The fifteenth century HOLKHAM MANUSCRIPT 674 is related in a complicated fashion to the Pynson printed volume of 1500. It was published as:

 Napier, Robina. A Noble boke off cookry ffor a prynce houssolde… London, 1882.

Napier’s transcribed edition is neither complete nor able to be 100% trusted.
