It was a fun piece, and nice to see a good level of accuracy.
No "spices to cover spoiled meat".

I liked the description:
"...commercial bakers formed powerful "guilds" that sort of functioned like a cross between a union and the mafia. "
I made me laugh.

Looks like other interesting articles there too.
