[Sca-cooks] First Cookbook in Latvian [OoP]

All,

I recently ran across this resource and wanted to share. it is from the
18th century, so way outside the SCA's period of interest, but a lot of fun
just the same. There are links to videos where a Latvian chef cooks some of
the recipes, too. This was put together as part of a tourism effort; sounds
like they are on the right track to me.
