If you Fed-Ex me some to Stockholm ;-) I doubt that it'll arrive in time though =( Usually I make my own ale but there's nothing usable among my recent batches so I'll have to go with commercial beer. The lager I plan to use is semi-dark with quite some residual sweetness with very low roasted malt character. Hopefully the residual sugars will help mask whatever hops will be left after long cooking.
