Then you should try Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier(sp?).  Pitch black with a very smoky profile.  *mmmmm*
I can't really decide on just one beer for myself though.  I like almost anything from belgian witbiers to bock beers.  The one thing I can't stand is brown ale.  Newcastle Brown tastes like a mud river to me (yes, I've tasted a mud river.  Kindergarten flashback.).  Since man always lusts for what he can't have I really long for a tall cool glass of really sour Rodenbach or Hoegaarden. *sigh*
