If you've got a vacuum sealer, that's the best possible way - oxygen is the
enemy here. If not, seal it as tight as possible (and if it came in one of
those plastice pouches, it is NOT airtight once it's opened) and refrigerate. I
would NOT refrigerate vacuum sealed coffee. And DON'T freeze it - it CAN (and
will) get freezer burnt.
