Lucan is from the Eastrealm. I believe he is the most-seated King in the
history of the East (seven or eight times, I believe). He's been king often
enough, long enough, that back when I first started playing in 1990, when I
was taught the oft-quoted aphorism "Once a Count, twice a Duke, thrice an
A**shole," it was Lucan to whom the person referred.
