I'm a very conservative dresser, but someone commented this weekend that my
(solid color) royal purple dress shirt (with a lilac tie) was "loud".

Now, if I were an appropriate size, I'd be a total clothes horse, but no one
makes flashy clothes in my size. (Y'ever see the International Male catalog? If
I could fit it, I'd own half the catalog - and I don't just mean the models!)
