1 frozen pie crust<BR>
1 box mushrooms<BR>
1 5 ounce wedge of parmesan cheese<BR>
1 small package of mozzerella cheese<BR>
4 eggs<BR>
Chopped fresh parsley<BR>
Garlic or garlic powder<BR>
Vegetable oil<BR>
<BR>
1. Allow pie crust to sit out to room temperature<BR>
<BR>
2. Clean and slice mushrooms, cut cheese into 1/2" cubes, chop parsley<BR>
<BR>
3. In a small amount of oil, saute mushrooms for a minute, then add garlic and parsley. Saute another minute or so<BR>
<BR>
4. Crack eggs into large mixing bowl and beat lightly, then add cheese and stir<BR>
<BR>
5. Add mushrooms and mix well<BR>
<BR>
6. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so til set.<BR>
<BR>
Before baking, you can brush the edge of the crust with a bit of the egg if desired. </FONT></HTML>
