Beautiful thought.  and although, Yes, I have encountered mostly the
same.  It is not universal.

I have found a few that Honor and Truth are not as important as Personal
Superiority and Opinion are the only things they value.  If you disagree
with them, then you are wrong and therefore open to hateful attacks<and
the TRUTH is not a concern>. 

Every group has a few, it is a fact of life, I sincerly wish it were
not.
