Now I got somewhere!  

I asked this list because I *have* been reading about the Silk Road and there's a lot out there.  Including apparently a band?  So rather than reinvent the wheel (which will take away from menu planning & really annoy me), I figured someone on this list might also be doing/has done the same thing and already has the info at hand.

It's just that after days spent trying to get corporate dunderheads to answer simple questions, I didn't want to watch my question here meander down an indeterminate number of twisty paths.  Some of the paths may be scenic, but they're not "going my way" (all apologies to Bing Crosby).
