My understanding that the handbook is currently in the hands of Mistress
Serena, Bn. Curstaidh and several others for substantial review and
revisions.  

Mistress Serena feels quite strongly about the current state of the
handbook.  May I suggest that you speak with either her or Bn. Curstaidh
about your idea to move the project along.
