SC - List question

Perhaps we have not been as verbal, as some of us may be using the SCA wide
list for general research, etc (scribes at castle.org), but I agree with Alys,
that having a local formum is still useful from time to time, though we are
a mostly quiet group.

Also, like Alys, I have not seen the proposed guidelines you are referring
to.  Can you elaborate?
