under Herald Deputies, as Star Signet.  She is the one to get you started.
... and she will probably read this list and get your request anyway.  If
you already have a group of folks meeting, then you are probably already a
'guild', just not formalized.  Curstaidh will help you figure out how to do
it, and point you to any local/regional assistance.   Good luck and have

Gosh, I wonder what I need to do to get the Wastelands "guild" status?  Is
there some sort of form or way it's supposed to be done?   We have several
folk here who enjoy painting award charters.  Is there someone with whom I
should be in touch that could answer these questions?
