[Scriptoris] Awards to Heralds and Scribes this weekend

A few of our heralds and scribes were honored to receive awards this
weekend at the Kingdom Heraldic and Scribes Symposium, along with several
local folks.   They are:

Heralds:
Estrill Swet received a Star of Merit
Gwenllian ferch Maredudd was inducted into the Order of the Pelican

Scribes:
Suzanne de la Ferte received a Sable Thistle for her work in Heraldic Art
Sara Penrose received a Star of Merit.
