[Scriptoris] Scroll Contests (was 12th Night Scroll Contest)

While this specific contest posted, is to view the handmade scrolls for
another kingdom (where all award scrolls are handmade... so the motivation
to encourage these works is always being promoted), any chance for the
populace to see the handmade scrollwork of Ansteorra is a wonderful idea.
I would suggest that it be for handmade scrolls over the last 1-2 years.
And a suggestion that documentation by entrants should include the number
of hours worked, and perhaps cost of materials.    So, if anyone wants to
sponsor this specialized art display/contest as a part of their event,
sure, go for it!    Be sure to arrange it with the autocrats first for
table space and a somewhat protected area for the display.
