[Scriptoris] UH Special Collections highlighted

A friend who works at U of Houston, pointed out this article from their
magazine, called 'Collegium', which also happens to be online.  This URL of
the article, highlights the use of manuscript books in special collections
and how the universities permit usage from the students.   Its light
reading, but interesting.
