[Scriptoris] Current Award Texts

On our website for scriptoris, http://scriptoris.ansteorra.org/, is a link to the texts. :)

http://www.ansteorra.org/regnum/herald/docs/AwardTexts1999.pdf even though they say 1999 they are the most _current_ texts we have. They have not found a need to change any of them that I know of.
