[Scriptoris] Meeting at Red Tape

Do you know if the time for the Scribal meeting will be between 4:30 - 5:30 as noted on the
schedule? 

I ask, because I will already be in town for the College of Arms decision meeting at Mari nic
Bryan's, and will plan to leave to go to the Red Tape event for the Scribal meeting.
