[Scriptoris] October Ansteorran Gazette

The October 2003 issue of the Ansteorran Gazette is now out.  The print
copies were put into the mail on Tuesday (I think...maybe Wednesday),
and the electronic version can be downloaded from

The online Heraldic Submissions Tracker (HST) has also been updated, at
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/hst/.
