[Scriptoris] Standard document sizes, and framing said documents

I will look for a copy tonight, don't have my scribal diskettes at work, took them home when we
moved the office.  Curstaidh may also find a copy when she gets home from teaching, I'll give her
a call later. (Course, you work from home, lucky dog!!)
