[Scriptoris] April 2004 Gazette

The April 2004 issue of the Ansteorran Gazette is now available. The
print version went into the mail last Friday; the electronic version can
be downloaded as usual from http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/gazette/. My 
apologies both for the delay in getting the electronic version put up
(it just slipped my mind), and for the filesize of 700Kb (Acrobat and
Publisher 2003 are having a huge argument).
