[Scriptoris] August Ansteorran Gazette

The August issue of the Ansteorran Gazette is now available. Apologies
for the delay in this announcement.  The print version went into the
mail on Monday; the electronic version can be downloaded from
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/gazette/. 

The HST (Heraldic Submissions Tracker) has NOT been updated yet; I'll
get to that when I'm back in-state.
