[Scriptoris] scribes meeting

Ouch!! I'm glad you said something about the time change for the scribes meeting, as I was not
planning to be there till the earlier announce time of 4:30.  So, now that I see it's at
**12:30**, I have to make sure I get to Austin in time for it.
