[Scriptoris] Charter Painting - In Stargate Sunday following Thanksgiving

Scribes and Painters - 
Ansteorra's Sable Scroll has lit the beacons and put forth a call in need of finished painted
charters for kingdom awards.  And Stargate Scribes will answer, by hosting a 'Charter Paint Party'
on the Sunday following Thanksgiving.
