[Scriptoris] a question about a charter

I had a question about charter GL-02....It is a russian style Golden Lance, revised 07/01/04...and it's the first time I've seen this scroll (Don't you all just LOVE that moment when you see a new, fun charter to paint? Thank yous to Lady Rosamund who let me attack her supply at the recent NK populace...)

I've been trying to find an online reference source for how this should be painted, and haven't been able to find the referenced work... does anyone have a scanned image, or a URL that I could utilize?

As well, the instructional text below lists "This charter contains the heraldic badge for this award, which needs to be painted in the correct heraldic colors. The center band near the black star should be painted gold or yellow and the upper and lower segments ofthe circle are white or can be left blank." That sounds like a Star of Merit, not a Golden Lance.... What is the correct heraldic badge? Just.. a gold lance?
