[Scriptoris] outlands peerage scroll

While at Estrella this past weekend, I witnessed a peerage ceremony - the Baron 
of Al-Barran was elevated to the Order of the Pelican. The artist who created 
his scroll, a Mistress of the Laurel, whose name I did not catch, allowed me to 
photograph her work to share with my fellow scribes and artisans.

I have full sized views, as well as several detail views of the scroll, if 
anyone is interested in seeing it.
