[Scriptoris] Charter Request from Crown

I think it's just a personal preference thing. I remember when Ulstead was King previously, all the addressing of the King, or such like that (closings of court, etc...) were Long Live the King, instead of Vivat Rex...

Why is the Crown requesting that King & Queen being used rather than Rex et
Regina? Is there a problem with the latin form?
