[Scriptoris] Quill Cutting Class - Sunday 6/26th, in Stargate

Scribes of the Stargate area, 
This Sunday, 6/26/05, as part of Stargate's monthly scribal classes; 
Thomas atte Woode will be teaching a class on 'Quill Cutting'.  

Supplies needed are:  
quills  - some inexpensive ones will be provided
knives  - quill cutting knife if you have, else paring knife 
          or exacto-knife (must be sharp) 
ink     - to try out your quill after cutting
paper   - To use with calligraphy, lined or unlined, your choice. 
Tweezers - to remove the inside of the quill 
Cutting pad or butcher board - as used in crafts or for kitchen use.  

Date:  Sunday, June 26th (THIS SUNDAY)
Location:  Oaks Presbyterian Church
Address:   1576 Chantilly, Houston, Tx  
(between TC Jester and Ella, just south of 43rd Str., north of Loop 610)
Time:  2 - 4 pm. 
Class location:  large classroom end of the wing, else room will be signed.
